About BrickAI

Business experience. People who build.

BrickAI Labs develops AI products and helps organisations adopt AI securely. We bring business understanding and technical delivery into the same team.

We started BrickAI to put that experience to work on a shared challenge: making AI useful for businesses, with security and responsibility built in.

That combination matters: a business decision, a security question and an engineering challenge rarely arrive separately.

BrickAI is part of Cloudflare for Startups and Claude for Startups.

Example · built around one client

Every quote request handled. Every follow-up on time.

Our example: a fit-out contractor that quotes floors, false ceilings and partitions. Requests arrive by email, often with a bill of quantities. We customised BrickAgents around the way they already work: their Outlook mailbox, their Excel quote map and their rules.

The work, for every request

Prepared by BrickAgents

Read the email and its attachments

Read on arrival, every fact quoted from the source

Check where the job is

Location recorded with its evidence

Add it to the Excel quote map

Registered in their own Excel template, ready to price

Confirm receipt to the client

Confirmation drafted, sent from their Outlook once approved

Follow up after the quote goes out

Next contact set for seven days later

Watch every deadline

Proposal deadlines, expiring document links and start dates raised as alerts

Ready for your team

For review by Estimating team

A confirmation ready to approve, and the request in your register

Good afternoon, and thank you for your request. We have received the bill of quantities for the shop and offices in Lagoa and will send our proposal, following your article numbers, by 29 October.

Approve

Sent from your Outlook and recorded in Activity. Follow-up takes it from here.

Prices and the quote itself stay with your team.

Built around the client

The client’s rules, built in.

Bricky sits at the bottom of every page and hands each question to the agent of that area: triage, estimating or follow-up.

Outside the scope

A polite rejection is prepared. With the switch on, it goes out 20 minutes later unless someone cancels it, and only to the original sender.

Unclear requests

If the location or the documents are unclear, the request waits for the team.

Their Excel map

Requests go into their approved template. Its twelve columns, layout and other sheets are kept.

Day seven

When a quote is sent, the next contact is set for seven days later. Paused and closed requests stop their alerts.

Their wording

Replies open with Bom dia, Boa tarde or Boa noite on Lisbon time and close with the company’s name.

Prices stay with the team

The client prices and sends every quote. BrickAgents never prepares or sends a priced quotation.

What this example shows

How we start

Start with one task.

We identify the processes that cost your teams the most time, agree the priorities with the departments involved and solve them one at a time.

What we need from your teams: representative cases to simulate, time with the departments involved, and the access you decide to grant.

1

Map the process

We work with the departments involved to document how the process runs today: what comes in, what is checked and who signs off.

2

Connect the right systems

Only the mailboxes, folders and systems the process uses, with the access your teams approve.

3

Test with simulations

The specialists run simulations on representative cases while your teams review every result. We refine until it meets your standards.

4

Go live

Routine work follows your rules and exceptions go to the right team. Then we move to the next process.
